In accordance with LOPD 15/1999 and LSSI-CE 34/2002 the recipient of this email is INFORMED that data of a personal nature facilitated by the
receiver him/herself, including his/her email address, that is necessary for the formalisation, administrative processing or the execution and
development of the dissemination of MSM, will be incorporated into automatic files whose ownership and responsibility belong to MSM.
By
facilitating personal details and email address to MSM, the interested party expressly AUTHORISES the use of that data for periodic
communications, by email or otherwise, from MSM to their clients and other interested parties, informing them of actions/news, courses,
programmes and any other offers of services and products related to their professional activity.
The interested party may exercise his/her rights to
the accessing, correction, opposition to or cancellation of data by sending an email to the following electronic address msm@samca.com and
requesting; (i) that their personal details be sent in the same format as they appear in MSM's files so that they may be consulted and possibly
rectified or, (ii) that authorisation for the receipt of communications be revoked/cancelled by notifying MSM of the said rectification/cancellation of
their personal details from MSM's files. |
